🇨🇦 Notice for Canada (Temporary)

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, standard shipping is temporarily unavailable.
Until the strike ends, only Express shipping is supported for deliveries to Canada.

🇺🇸 Shipping to USA Customers

  • All orders are processed within 10 business days at our U.S. fulfillment center before shipping.
  • Shipping time:

Standard: approximately 7–10 business days

Expedited: typically 3–5 business days

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination. Some deliveries may arrive on weekends.

Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax or local fees at checkout.

⚠️ Special Conditions

  • Parcel Forwarding: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged when using third-party forwarding services.
  • Multiple Addresses: Each order can be shipped to one address only. Please place separate orders for multiple destinations.
  • Hazardous Items: Aerosols, sprays, and alcohol-based products must ship by ground. Perfumes require Expedited Shipping.
  • Food Products: Must use Expedited Shipping when shipped outside the U.S.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (KST). No shipments on weekends or Korean public holidays (New Year’s Day, Seollal, Buddha’s Birthday, Chuseok, etc.).

🌍 International Customers

  • Brazil: CPF required; max 3 items per order.
  • Argentina / Chile: Tax ID required; max 3 items per order.
  • Europe (EU/UK): VAT or import duties may apply upon receipt.
  • Philippines: Import permit required if over 1 kg or USD $170.
  • Germany: Some health supplements or animal-derived products may be rejected.
  • Mexico / Brazil: Maximum order weight 2 kg.

📑 Customs & Taxes (Worldwide)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including import taxes, VAT, duties, or warehouse fees.
  • If duties are unpaid and the shipment is returned, original shipping, return shipping, and customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • If customs refuses or discards a shipment, no refund or replacement will be issued.

✉️ Tracking Orders

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • Most orders are processed within 10 business days and dispatched shortly thereafter.
  • Tracking may activate once the package clears local customs.
