Welcome to KLO (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). KLO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) together with policies referenced here describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Legal entity: The Services and all sales on this website are provided by JAB Motives Inc. (operator of KLO).

1. Access and Account

  • You represent you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own/manage.
  • You may be asked for information (email, billing, payment, shipping). You warrant all information is accurate, current, and complete and that you have rights to provide it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer/sell/assign your account.

2. Our Products

  • We strive for accurate presentation; however, colors/appearance can vary by device and settings.
  • We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will match expectations or depictions.
  • Descriptions, availability, and quantities may change without notice; we may limit or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept/decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and process payment.
  • We may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If not accepted/changed/canceled, we’ll attempt to notify you via the contacts provided.
  • Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • You warrant purchases are for personal/household use, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The charged price is the price at order time (see confirmation email).
  • Unless stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import fees.
  • Store prices may differ from other channels. Promotions may have separate terms that control if they conflict with these Terms.
  • You agree to keep purchase/payment/account info (email, card numbers/expiry) current.
  • You represent that your payment details are true, you’re authorized to use them, and you will pay all charges and taxes due.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We’re not liable for delays (carriers, customs, events beyond control).
  • Upon transfer to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Services (trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio/video, design, layout, reviews, etc.) are owned by KLO, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by law.
  • You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative works, display, performance, or scraping without prior written consent.
  • KLO names/logos are trademarks of KLO; Shopify marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other marks belong to their owners.

7. Optional Tools

  • Third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements, and we have no liability for your use.
  • Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. Future features/tools are also subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links

  • The Services may link to third-party sites/materials. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions. Review third-party terms before engaging.

9. Relationship with Shopify

  • KLO is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and KLO/JAB Motives Inc.
  • Shopify is not responsible for purchases, products, or losses arising from your transactions with KLO. You release Shopify from related claims.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected via the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
  • Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties (including outside your country) to provide and improve the Services.

11. Feedback

  • If you submit ideas/suggestions/reviews (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display it for any purpose.
  • You represent you own/have rights to the Feedback, disclosed any incentives, and that it complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate, or respond.
  • We may monitor/edit/remove unlawful or objectionable Feedback. You may not misrepresent identity or include malware. You are responsible for your Feedback.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, Omissions

Information may at times contain errors or omissions (descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges, transit times, availability).

We may correct/update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without notice (including after order submission).

13. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not, directly or indirectly:

Violate laws/regulations; infringe IP rights; harass/abuse others; transmit false or misleading information.

Send spam/junk/chain messages; impersonate others; restrict or harm users; upload malicious code.

Scrape, spider, crawl, collect personal information, or circumvent security features.

Copy, resell, or exploit the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
Sections intended to survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy) survive termination.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by KLO, the Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; those may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLO/JAB Motives Inc., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs) arising from or related to the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLO/JAB Motives Inc., Shopify, and their affiliates and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law/third-party rights, or use of the Services. We may control the defense/settlement at your expense; you will reasonably cooperate.

18. Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will continue in full force.

19. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
These Terms, together with posted policies/rules, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings regarding the Services.

20. Assignment

You may not assign/transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign/transfer/delegate without notice.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. Changes to Terms

You can review the current Terms on this page. We may update or replace portions of these Terms by posting updates here and, where required by law, providing notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
