If stored in extreme temperatures, allow the product to rest at room temperature for over 15 minutes before use.

Q. Why doesn’t the product come out when I turn the dial for the first time?
A. For first use, hold the bottom of the container and turn the dial 3-4 times counterclockwise. Once the product begins to dispense, turn the dial by one click each time for accurate dosage.

Q. The product isn’t coming out because it seems to be hardened.
A. If exposed to low temperatures for an extended period, the product may temporarily stop dispensing. In this case, do not force the dial, and instead, store it at room temperature (15-25°C) for over 20 minutes before use.

Q. The product seems to have separated.
A. The product contains moisturizing essence ingredients, so you may see oil initially dispensed. This is normal and safe to use.
