Description

• This waterproof pencil eyeliner glides on smoothly to create a sharp-looking eye makeup. Features long-lasting effect with super waterproof formula that strongly resistant from water and oil. Soft gliding texture that can create any lines with quick drying effect.

How to use

• 1. After drawing a line with the pencil lead extending about 2mm, wait for about 10-20 seconds so that the contents fit the eye area and you can create a look without worrying about smudging.
• 2. If the lead becomes blunt during use, sharpen it with the sharpener at the bottom of the container before use.
• 3. After use, be sure to close the cap and store.
